What is your return policy?
We understand your pet might not like the toy that you thought they would like. Or the size was a little off! Considering those facts, We exchange unopened, unused items within 15 days of purchase. No refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and cash. No Checks are accepted.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift card at the moment but with your continuous love and support, we will in the near future.
